FreshService - Single Sign On Implemented
We have enabled and configured Single Sign On into FreshWorks with Microsoft 365 as the identity provider. Agents and Employees can now log into the help desk by utilizing the same login information they utilize for their Microsoft 365 email, teams, and other services. No longer needing to remember a separate account.
To utilize Single Sign On (SSO), log out of the help desk, and return to the Sign In window. Choose Sign in with SSO and if prompted, enter your Microsoft 365 username and password to sign in.
Your existing account information and tickets should automatically be linked to your SSO id.
