Introducing the New Help Desk Portal
We have redesigned the Help Desk portal to be more stylish and modern.
Top and center you can quickly search for solutions, services, and tickets. Search for your issue to see relevant articles and historical tickets.
Top left, click the Hamburger menu to access the portal navigation
Quickly access the Knowlege Base, Report Issues, Service Requests, and waiting approvals from the home page.
Click your Avatar image to activate the Service Bot (ask Otto) and work with our digital assistant to find a solution or request help.
Among other resources, we will soon be adding a Spanish translation for the portal.
