Barracuda Quarantine Messages Access
Barracuda has disabled the access links in quarantine messages. This change was unexpected and poorly communicated. Going forward employees will need to log into their Barracuda Accounts each time they need to inspect their quarantine messages.
It is recommended that after the first time you log in, you keep Barracuda open so that you may continue to quickly access your quarantine throughout the day without continuously logging in.
This solution article has instructions for logging into Barracuda: Barracuda: Quarantine Login : HPG Brands.
Please note: Shared and Group Mailboxes will require IT assistance to manage quarantine items. Please submit a ticket when you need assistance delivering a message in a shared mailbox you do not have a password for.
Barracuda assures us that a solution for managing shared mailboxes securely is on the horizon.
