Help Desk Comes to Microsoft Teams
We are happy to announce that HPG IT has integrated the Help Desk into Microsoft Teams. Employees are now able to manage, reply to, and submit tickets right within Microsoft Teams using the FreshService ServiceBot. (Not Currently Available for Evans)
Going forward, if you submit requests, no matter the channel, you will receive notifications from ServiceBot, where you can reply to or manage the ticket from the notification you received.
