Identified - A subset of Email Gateway Defense customers are experiencing a problem logging in to the end user message log in the new interface.. We have identified the cause of the issue and are working towards resolution.

If you are unable to access Barracuda, please try again later. If the issue is urgent, please submit a ticket and ask IT to review and release the messages for you. Be sure that you include the address of the sender and the subject of the email message.
