Help Desk: Latency Issues with Search and Ticket Filters
We have identified an issue with the Help Desk that is affecting primarily IT Agents. Our service provider, FreshService, is aware of the issue and working on a solution.
Issue Description: When searching for tickets or solutions, the help desk is providing the wrong results or no results. Additionally, users who attempt to apply filters to their ticket lists or dashboards will notice it is not properly filtering the view.
Impact: Anybody who uses the portal to mange theirs or their team's help desk tickets will notice the issue. This will primarily impact IT Agents.
Help desk tickets will work without issue and IT will still be notified and be able to access the tickets, though, it may delay their ability to find some tickets that have been submitted.
