Sign-in issues and incorrect notifications

We are aware of a couple issues with KnowBe4.

Some employees are unable to sign-in
Some employees may have receive New Employee training assignment notification, though they are not a new employee and have already completed new employee training or at least one quarterly training assignment.

The issue is related to user onboarding changes within the KnowBe4 system. Employees who have completed training in the past should ignore the New Employee training assignment emails. Do note, any quarterly or remedial training assignments are still due and need to be completed.

We are working on identifying the issue with signing in, and have pushed an update in an attempt to address the issue.
