HPG IT is aware of an issue affecting Zoom Phone and employee's ability to place calls. Zoom is aware of the issue and is investigating it.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue with inbound/outbound calls for Zoom Phone in North America. We will provide updates as we have them.

We will watch the situation closely and update employees as we learn more.
