- The Dynamics AX Remote Desktop environment is experiencing performance issues leading to poor performance and user experience.

- Customers and employees may experience errors on the website
- Employees may experience poor performance within Dynamics AX and the Remote Desktop Environment.
Status
The issues are being actively worked on by both HPG IT and our technology partners at Enavate. Over the past week we've experienced issues with the web host blocking the Garden Grove locations IP Address. The led to an outage and likely has impacted backend processes even after addressing the block put in place by the web host.
We are currently troubleshooting the issues associated with the Dynamics AX remote desktop environment and can speculate that the issues are associated with the resources allocated to the environment. We will continue to work with Enavate to determine the exact cause and solution.
