Issue: Amazon Web Services Outage

HPG IT is aware of an outage with Amazon Web Services that is affecting several of our services. The following may experience slowness or delays at this time:
- FreshService: HPG Service Desk and HPG Edge | Artwork Requests Desk. Currently experiencing message delays
- Outlook Email: Harmony Email and Collaboration relies on Amazon Web Services and is currently experiencing email delivery delays.
- KnowBe4: Training may not be accessible or is extremely slow at times.
Amazon Web Services is the world's largest cloud provider and there are many other services that are being impacted by their current status. It is likely that you will see the effect in more than the above applications.
At the moment, NetSuite and related services do not appear to be impacted.
We are monitoring the situation closely and looking for workarounds into delayed messages, as are the IT teams of the services listed above.
