iPhone: Business E-Mail Not Working

The below troubleshooting guide can help you when your email stops working on your iPhone. 


Troubleshooting Step 1:


  1. On your iPhone, please click Settings
  2. go to Mail, 
  3. go Accounts and select the account in question. 

    It should give you a prompt requesting authorization. 

  4. Please follow the instructions shown.
