How to take a screenshot in Windows 10:
Select the Start button, type snipping tool in the search box on the taskbar, and then select Snipping Tool app from the list of results. Click New in the Snipping tool and select the area you want to copy. You will see the area you chose in the Snipping Tool window where if you choose, you can use the Pen or Highlight Tools to emphasize anything specific. You can then paste the image to Teams, Outlook, Word etc. See screenshot below for an example of the Red Pen and Yellow Highlight tools.

How to take a screenshot on an Android Phone
Open the screen that you want to capture.
Depending on your phone:
Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture .
The image will appear in your Photos App, from there you can share the image to email, text or one of the other options you are presented with.
