Remove Your Signature from Outlook Desktop
- Open Outlook
- Click File
- Click Options (located bottom left under the File menu)
- Select Mail and then select Signatures
- Set New Message: and Replies/forwards: to (none) as illustrated below
* (none) is located at the top of the drop down list for each of the signified options
- Select and delete any configured signatures. You can do that by selecting the signature and then clicking the Delete button below
- Click Ok to close the Signatures and Stationary windows
- Click Ok to close the Outlook options window
You have removed your signature from Outlook Desktop. If you use Outlook Web or have email setup on your Mobile Device you should remove your signatures there too.
