HPG's signature management solution is managed through the backend of the email system and is not configurable for users. The downside of this is that employees do not see their email signature when they are emailing, and are not able to see their signature on messages in their sent items. Only the recipient of the message will see the signature.

1. Start by creating a new email message

5. Review your signature in the message you receive from yourself
