Microsoft Teams: Camera Not Working
Issue: Microsoft Teams fails to activate camera during meetings.
Solution: Microsoft Teams can recognize the camera without additional steps. However, if you cannot start a video conference, you may be experiencing settings problems related to the camera.
To configure the camera settings on Microsoft Teams, use these steps:
1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click the main menu (three-dotted) button from the top-right corner.
3. Select the Settings option.

4. Click on Devices.
5. Under the "Camera" section, use the drop-down menu and select the correct camera.

6. Confirm with the preview to make sure the camera is working.
Once you complete the steps, make a test call or call someone to determine whether the camera is working.
