As of June 2022 HPG and Subsidiaries have begun to standardize the conferencing equipment used by the business. The below, though originally written for Debco, should closely resemble the steps for all subsidiaries.

Step 1

Turn the TV using the TV Remote

Step 2

Select the Teams input on the TV using the TV remote

Step 3

Use the tablet on the table to start or join a meeting

• You can click join for a pre-scheduled meeting
• Select “Meet now” to initiate an impromptu meeting and invite others to join
• Control the meeting using the toolbar at the bottom of the tablet screen
