RingCentral: Contacts
Employees can search for and find the contact information for any employee in the company that has a RingCentral number. Furthermore, employees can add additional contacts to their own contact list.
Accessing Contacts
1. Open the RingCentral Application or go to https://app.ringcentral.com and sign in
2. Go to Contacts
2. You can scroll through the contact list or you can search/filter the list for the specific person you are wanting to contact
3. You can click on the contact to view their profile card, including their Extension number and Direct Number or Email Address.
Favorites/Quick Contacts
You can pin or favorite specific contacts for easier access.
1. From the Contact screen, click on Add from under Quick contacts.
2. Search for the contact, click on the contact, and then click add
3. Your pinned contact will appear are the top of the contacts list
Add a Contact
1. From the Contacts screen, click the Create new contact icon
2. Click Create RingCentral contact
3. Fille out the new contact form and click Save
note: you can upload a contact image by clicking on the contact's avatar
