PromoStandards: Intro and Support

We as a PromoStandards participant are able to leverage the PromoStandards API by publishing specific endpoints (services) into PromoStandards. Customers and CommonSku are capable of utilizing any of the publish End Points we have for our subsidiaries.
CommonSku is an entirely different service that may offer functionality that is not compatible with PromoStandards. For instance, Collaboration is not a PromoStandards function and therefore we do not support it.
Available End Points, also called services, for PromoStandards participants to opt into are:
- Product Data
- Product Pricing and Configuration
- Inventory
- Invoice
- Media Content
- Order Shipment Notification
- Order Status
- Purchase Order
At HPG, a subsidiary may choose to not publish a service for several reasons including, development restrictions, complexity, or incompatibility. Our goal, of course, is to fully support PromoStandards in the future.
The table below provides a list of End Points (Services) that we have published for our subsidiaries/*brands. *Some endpoints are accessed at the "brand" level rather than the subsidiary but the credentials will work across all brands belonging to the same subsidiary UNLESS it's a "api.dc-onesource" URL in which case the below **NOTE applies.

**NOTE: If the Endpoint contains a URL that contains "api.dc-onesource.com" in the string, then customers can access that endpoint using their own DistributorCentral-provided credentials.
***DEBCO NOTES: For Debco as of 8/5/2024 - new endpoints exist. Credentials should be input in Netsuite (do NOT USE HPGONE Feature). Even if the login already exists you must input the entry for credentials separately for a debco account in the USA vs a debco for CANADA. The login may be exactly the same, but the customers would be different. Debco USA customers would use a different set of endpoints than Debco CANADA customers so please ensure you give the right set of endpoints for the customer.

If a customer would like access to a Subsidiary's published End Points, please submit a help desk ticket requesting this access. We will supply the credentials necessary for access, however, it is up to the customer to develop or purchase a solution that permits them to query utilizing the PromoStandards API.
