NetSuite: Generating NetSuite 2FA Backup Codes
When you setup your NetSuite account, you are prompted to setup 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). During that process you are provided an opportunity to generate and save 2FA backup codes that can be used in the event you are not able to retrieve the 2FA code from your authenticator app, SMS, Phone Call, or email.
This guide will show you how to generate new backup codes in the event you lost or misplaced the backup codes originally generated. It is important that you securely save these codes in a location that only you are able to access. Examples of secure locations include a locked drawer at your desk, a lock box, LastPass, or your personal OneDrive.
If you need HPG IT's assistance with securely storing these backup codes, submit a ticket to Help@HPGBrands.com.
