Remove the Paragraph marks in Outlook / Word
To remove the Paragraph markers as shown below please follow the below steps.
In Word:
From the Home ribbon, please click the Paragraph Marks button
In Outlook :
From the Format Text ribbon please click the Paragraph Marks button
