Debco - RDP error The Group Policy Client service failed the sign-in

Issue:

The user gets this error when trying to RDP to the terminal server

The Group Policy Client service failed the sign-in. Access is Denied.

This usually results from the user not signing out properly either by user error or the server was shut down or restarted unexpectedly.

Solution:

on RDSHDC01 and RDSHDC02 delete the users folder

For exmaple if AWS04 was reporting this error, delete C:\users\AWS04 folder from both RDSHDC01 and RDSHDC02

Remind the user to sign out properly by clicking the start button, then the user icon, then "sign out"
