Debco Remote/RDS/Terminal Server user without an Adobe license asking for Adobe credentials

Issue:

A Debco Remote/RDS/Terminal server user (usually OB, AWS or DCX) is trying to open a PDF and requesting Adobe Credentials; however you have checked Adobe and you have confirmed the user does not have Adobe credentials.

Solution:

Advise the user to set Adobe Acrobat Reader as the Default PDF handler, here are the instructions.
