Google downloads fix return download bar to the bottom
Symptoms: Chrome downloads has changed and does not appear on the bottom of the screen after update. Downloads appear in top right or in download folders.
Solution: Place -disable-features=DownloadBubble in the end of the Target field and should return it how it used to work.
- Right Click your Google Chrome Shortcut.
- Go to Properties.
- Add -disable-features=DownloadBubble to the end of the Target Field. (Note: must be space between " and -)
- Apply changes and Chrome.
- Close all Chrome instances and Launch Chrome
