Zoom: Logging into the Zoom Desktop Application
Zoom includes a desktop application, also referred to as a client or softphone. The Zoom Client is supported on both Windows and Mac OS X Computers. This guide will help you get logged into the Zoom Application.
If Zoom is not yet installed on your computer, please submit a help desk ticket and request that IT install the Zoom client onto your computer.
Note: Sign out of Zoom if you already have the client and logged in with an account. Your old account will no longer be needed or useful.
- Open the Zoom app

- Click Sign In

- DO NOT enter your email address and password, click SSO instead

- Enter hpgbrands into the company domain field, and click Continue.

- Sign into your Microsoft 365 account using your hpgbrands.com email address

- If prompted by your browser to allow the site to Open Zoom or Zoom Meetings, click Open or Allow

- Zoom should complete the login process in the Zoom App and show you your home page.
