Zoom: Logging into the Zoom Desktop Application

Zoom includes a desktop application, also referred to as a client or softphone. The Zoom Client is supported on both Windows and Mac OS X Computers. This guide will help you get logged into the Zoom Application.


If Zoom is not yet installed on your computer, please submit a help desk ticket and request that IT install the Zoom client onto your computer. 


Note: Sign out of Zoom if you already have the client and logged in with an account. Your old account will no longer be needed or useful. 



  1. Open the Zoom app


  2. Click Sign In


  3. DO NOT enter your email address and password, click SSO instead


  4. Enter hpgbrands into the company domain field, and click Continue. 



  5. Sign into your Microsoft 365 account using your hpgbrands.com email address


  6. If prompted by your browser to allow the site to Open Zoom or Zoom Meetings, click Open or Allow


  7. Zoom should complete the login process in the Zoom App and show you your home page.
