Debco Customer Service Zoom TV stops displaying report

Issue:

The tv in Debco Customer service area stops displaying the zoom wallboard information because it is not part of the hpg.internals@hpgbrands.com group.


Resolution

Step 1: In Entra you will need to add the user dco.zoom.tv to the HPG Brands hpg.internals@hpgbrands.com group. 




Step 2:

-in Screen Connect, connect to dco-dashboard-6-Customer-Service

-Ctrl+F4 will close the browser window

-Ctrl+Alt+T will open a terminal Window

-Enter the command 

              sudo reboot

and press enter

-This will reboot the rasberry pi and reload the Zoom Wallboard
