Issue:

An employee may want to share the recording of a call with their manager or HR. If the employee had call recording enabled, they will be able to share or download the recording from Zoom.

Requirements:

Automatic or manual call recording has to be enabled. Depending on location and employee, this may be permitted. Some locations have restrictions that prohibit the use of call recordings or at least require both parties to consent.

Solution:

1. In Zoom click on your profile icon
2. Click on Settings
   
3. Go to Recording > click Manage under Cloud recording storage
   
4. Click the thumbnail of the recording to open it.
5. Click Share .
6. Adjust your sharing settings.
7. Click Copy link and passcode , then paste or send the link to your email or desired platform.

4. Click the thumbnail of the recording to open it.
5. On the recording’s page, click Download .A confirmation prompt will appear.
6. Click Download to confirm.
   Note: Depending on your setup, you might receive prompts asking for confirmation to download files, choose a save location, or provide additional information. Follow these prompts to complete the download process.
