Excel Web: Print Preview not displaying
If print preview will not display when using the excel web version when trying to print using "My local printers" after going to File -> Print.
Go to the browsers extension and turn off the "Google Docs Offline" extension or remove it.
In Chrome you can navigate to the extensions by clicking the 
button in the upper right hand corner of Chrome. Other wise you can navigate to the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner 
and click on extensions -> manage extensions.
From the extensions page you can toggle off Google Docs Offline by clicking the slider. If the slider is greyed out it is turned off and if it is light blue that means it is turned on. The below image shows the slider toggled to the "on" position.
