RDP: Windows 11 Defender Firewall
By default Windows 11 disables the Remote Desktop feature.

On the Windows Defender Firewall menu in control panel, click on the "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall" option in the right hand corner.
- Choose the "Change settings" option, then check mark the "Remote Desktop" feature. Click "OK" once checked.
