Startup Apps - Adding an app to automatically startup in Windows 11
Select the Start button and scroll to find the app you want to run at startup. Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location. This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup. With the file location open, press the Windows logo key + R, type shell:startup, then select OK. This opens the Startup folder. Copy and paste the shortcut to the app from the file location to the Startup folder.

Windows: Record Your Screen
At times it may be necessary to record your screen, including the audio generated on your computer. Examples: During demonstrations During Meetings where the presenter is not able to record the meeting During training sessions note: It is important that if you do record other participants that you inform them that you are recording and provide an opportunity for them to opt out. Warning: Recording persons without consent and/or for retaliatory or disciplinary purposes may be unlawful. Requirements Windows 10 or Later XBOX Game Bar Instructions Windows has a recording tool built into the operating system or installed via the Microsoft Store (link provided above). And is part of the XBOX Game Bar tool that is primarily used for game streaming and recording. But it is easily repurposed for business purposes when needed. Close all windows on your screen except the meeting or app you wish to record. Access the Xbox Game Bar from the Start menu. You can also press the ‘Windows logo key+G’ to open the recorder. When the Xbox Game Bar app opens, click the Start Record button or press ‘Windows logo key+Alt+R’. Start your meeting as usual and in the background, the Windows Game Bar will screen record your Zoom Meeting on your desktop. When you are done stop the recording Click on the pop-up that tell you your recording has been saved. This will take you to the folder your recording is saved in. There are additional settings that can be configured for the recording, such as: Sound Mixing: Muting, Un-Muting, or changing the volume level of specific applications and voice input Choosing the Audio devices
