First thing you need to do is close all adobe apps on the computer and open Creative Cloud Desktop app.  If you do not have the Creative Cloud Desktop app, please install it as it's the only way to get this Plugin installed. 1.  Launch Creative Cloud Desktop App click "Stock & Marketplace" 2. Click on Plugins and then search for Pantone in the search bar like the below screen shot. 3. Hit Enter and you should see Pantone Connect if not, check spelling and search again.  Then click "Get" 4. Once this installs it should give you confirmation. 5. Launch Adobe Illustrator, on the top bar click Window -> Extensions -> Pantone Connect 6. Once you click it you should sese the next popup window that looks like this, have them sign in with their HPGBrands email and go through the steps to set up their account. 7. It will then send an email to confirm their email address. 3 8. Once you click the link it will show this error.  The error doesn't make sense, but the status should show "CONFIRMED" and they should be good to go.
