Step 1. From UPS select the Printing Activities tab and then click on Printing Setup

Step 2. Highlight "Label". We can see the printer is set for Thermal 4x6 which is the problem. Click Printer Setup

Step 3. From the dropdown menu select “Thermal 4x8 Perforated” and click Apply to close the windows, and then click OK to close the System Preferences Editor Window.
