Test Your Signature
HPG's signature management solution is managed through the backend of the email system and is not configurable for users. The downside of this is that employees do not see their email signature when they are emailing, and are not able to see their signature on messages in their sent items. Only the recipient of the message will see the signature. This guide will show you how to test and verify your email signature. 1. Start by creating a new email message 2. Add your own email address into the To field 3. Add a subject and a basic message 4. Send the message 5. Review your signature in the message you receive from yourself

XINK: Add Booking Link to Your Signature
Employees who use Microsoft Bookings, Zoom Scheduling, or Calendly may want to add their bookings link into their signature. The below will guide you through adding or changing your booking link. Open Outlook Start a new Email In the Message Ribbon, click on the 'Insert Signature' button within the Xink Signature section Click the 'Edit contact details' button Enter your Booking url into the 'Booking Link' field Scroll down to the bottom of the contact details and click the 'Save' button Your booking link will now be posted below your signature
