TrueCommerce Instructions to Reset Integration Service ID
Error message:
There was no Integration Service ID identified. Please set the Integration Service ID in the Integration Settings.
Follow these steps to resolve the above error message:
Login with Admin rights
Go to Menu > Transaction Manager > Integration Settings
Ensure Option 2 is selected and click on Download Integration Service
4. Install program on your computer
5. Click on the Transaction Manager Integration Service icon on your computer to generate Integration Service Version
6. Copy Integration Service ID from the pop-up & paste in the Integration Service ID field in the TrueCommerce platform.
7. Then pick Option 3
8. Now you should be able to download the transactions
