Quickly Message anyone at HPG using Teams

How to take a screenshot
How to take a screenshot in Windows 10: Select the Start button, type snipping tool in the search box on the taskbar, and then select Snipping Tool app from the list of results. Click New in the Snipping tool and select the area you want to copy. You will see the area you chose in the Snipping Tool window where if you choose, you can use the Pen or Highlight Tools to emphasize anything specific. You can then paste the image to Teams, Outlook, Word etc. See screenshot below for an example of the Red Pen and Yellow Highlight tools. Depending on your phone: Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot. At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture . The image will appear in your Photos App, from there you can share the image to email, text or one of the other options you are presented with.

Useful keyboard shortcuts, try them out! Ctrl + Esc: Open Start menu. Windows key + T: Cycle through the apps (including pinned apps) on the taskbar. Windows key + D: Show or hide desktop (Windows key + , will display the desktop briefly). Windows key + L: Lock your computer. Alt + Tab: Switch between open apps or windows.

How to Uninstall the XINK Client
1. Click Start 2. Click settings (the gear icon) 3. Click Apps 4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and Select Xink Client 5. Click Uninstall 6. Click Uninstall a 2nd time. 7. Select “Automatically close applications an attempt to restart them after setup is complete” and then click OK 8. A progress bar will appear and complete this process. If you receive an error, please email help@hpgbrands.com . Please set the subject line to XINK Uninstall Error and include a screenshot of the error. Remove Your Signature from Outlook Desktop
Open Outlook Click File Click Options (located bottom left under the File menu) Select Mail and then select Signatures Set New Message: and Replies/forwards: to (none) as illustrated below * (none) is located at the top of the drop down list for each of the signified options Select and delete any configured signatures. You can do that by selecting the signature and then clicking the Delete button below Click Ok to close the Signatures and Stationary windows Click Ok to close the Outlook options window You have removed your signature from Outlook Desktop. To Remove your signature in Outlook Web follow the below directions. 1. Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings 2. Go to Mail > Compose and Reply (You can also click here to go there directly). 3. Uncheck the box “Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose” and also uncheck “Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to” 4.
