Zoom: Microsoft Teams Sign In
Zoom and Microsoft Teams can be utilized together in order to simplify your communications experience. This guide will show you how to sign into Zoom services from Microsoft Teams. Click into Sthe Zoom tab in Microsoft Teams Click on Phone Click Sign in In the Zoom Sign In window that opens, scroll down towards the bottom, and select SSO under the sign in options Enter HPGBrands into the company domain field and then click Continue Sign into Microsoft 365 using your email address and password Check "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions" and the click the Allow button Sign into Microsoft 365 again if prompted Click Confirm You should now have access to Zoom Meetings, Chat, and Phone within Microsoft teams.

Zoom: Logging into the Zoom Desktop Application
Zoom includes a desktop application, also referred to as a client or softphone. The Zoom Client is supported on both Windows and Mac OS X Computers. This guide will help you get logged into the Zoom Application. If Zoom is not yet installed on your computer, please submit a help desk ticket and request that IT install the Zoom client onto your computer. Note: Sign out of Zoom if you already have the client and logged in with an account. Your old account will no longer be needed or useful. Open the Zoom app Click Sign In DO NOT enter your email address and password, click SSO instead Enter hpgbrands into the company domain field, and click Continue. Sign into your Microsoft 365 account using your hpgbrands.com email address If prompted by your browser to allow the site to Open Zoom or Zoom Meetings, click Open or Allow Zoom should complete the login process in the Zoom App and show you your home page.

Welcome to Zoom! This guide will show you how to log into and access your Zoom account. Go to https://hpgbrands.zoom.us Click Sign In Sign in using your company Microsoft 365 email address and password. Note: You may be prompted for MFA authentication You should now be signed into Zoom. If you receive an error message, submit a help desk ticket. Note: In order to gain the full experience and functionality of Zoom Phone or Zoom Contact Center, your Zoom account needs to be assigned a license first. Please submit a ticket to request a license. Zoom: Set or Reset Your Voicemail PIN
This guide will walk you through setting or resetting your Voicemail PIN in Zoom Workplace. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Company Info. Click Account Settings. In the Security section, change these settings: Note: These settings are only enforced from the time you change the setting. Any phone users with previously-created PINs will not be required to change their PIN if it doesn't meet the requirements. PIN length: Specify the required minimum length for voicemail PINs. You can set a value between 4 to 20. The PIN is not same as the extension number: Don't allow phone users to set a PIN that matches their extension number. The PIN cannot contain group of repeated digits: Don't allow phone users to set a PIN that contains repeated numbers; for example, 111111 or 333333. The PIN cannot be an ascending or descending group of digits: Don't allow phone users to set a PIN that contains an ascending or descending sequence of numbers. For example, 123456 or 987654. Update PIN frequency: Set how often the phone user's PIN needs to be updated. The PIN cannot be viewed by the admin: This setting can only be set by account owners to prevent admins from viewing users' pin code. If you need an admin to set the PIN for you, please submit a help ticket.

How to add a Poly vvx450 and provision it If Zero Touch Provisioning does not work
1. Sign into Zoom with your admin credentials and Go to the 'Phone System Management' 2. Click 'Phones & Devices' and Click 'Add' 3. Once you click 'Add' a Add Device prompt will appear, fill out all information needed and click 'Save' 4. Once the phone is added in 'Phones & Devices' find the phone and you will see all the information just added. 5. Once here it has been successfully been added to Zoom and now you can provision it by following the instructions under the 'Actions' button and click 'Provision' Provisioning MAC Address 64-16-7f-b5-dc-5b Device Type Poly vvx450 Provisioning URL https://provpp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/vvx45 1 Step 1 Reset the existing configuration: 1. On your phone, press the Home key. 2. Go to Settings > Advanced section. 3. Go to Administration Settings > Reset to Defaults > Reset to Factory. Select Yes to confirm the reset. NOTE: You will be prompted to enter administration login credentials. The default admin password is 456. If you do not know the username and password, contact the vendor of the phone. Click Next. 2 Step 2 Access phone's web interface: 1. On your phone, press the Home key. 2. Go to Settings > Status > Network > TCP/IP Parameters > IPv4 addr to get the phone's IP address. 3. In a web browser, enter https:// followed by the phone's IP address. 4. Log in to the web interface of the phone. If the web browser shows a certificate error, ignore it and continue to access the page. Configure provisioning server: 1. In the web interface, go to Settings > Provisioning Server. 2. In the Server Type drop-down menu, select HTTPS. 3. In the Server Address field, enter https://provpp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/vvx450. 4. Ensure that the Server User and Server Password fields are blank. 5. Go to DHCP menu. In the Boot Server drop-down menu, select Static. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save. Your phone will reboot to complete configuration.

Factory Resetting Poly vvx450 via Web Interface (Preferred)
Access phone's web interface: 1. On your phone, press the Home key. 2. Go to Settings > Status > Network > TCP/IP Parameters > IPv4 addr to get the phone's IP address. 3. In a web browser, enter https:// followed by the phone's IP address. 4. Log in to the web interface of the phone. Debco Customer Service Zoom TV stops displaying report
Issue: The tv in Debco Customer service area stops displaying the zoom wallboard information because it is not part of the hpg.internals@hpgbrands.com group. Resolution Step 1: In Entra you will need to add the user dco.zoom.tv to the HPG Brands hpg.internals@hpgbrands.com group. Step 2: -in Screen Connect, connect to dco-dashboard-6-Customer-Service -Ctrl+F4 will close the browser window -Ctrl+Alt+T will open a terminal Window -Enter the command sudo reboot and press enter -This will reboot the rasberry pi and reload the Zoom Wallboard

Zoom: Sync Zoom and Teams Presence and Calendars
Issue: Zoom and Teams, by default, do not sync their calendars or presence information. You will need to connect your accounts together in order to get this functionality working. Solution: Sign in to the Zoom web portal. Click Profile. Under Others, in the Calendar and Contact Integration section, click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service. Select a service. Change the permissions for the service. Click Next. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant Zoom access to the calendar/contacts service and select Office 365. Office 365: Authorize with OAuth 2.0: Ensure this option is checked. Choose your permissions. Calendar Read: Allows you to view calendar events in the Zoom desktop app. Write: Allows you to edit and delete events from the Zoom desktop app. Shared: Allows Zoom to create, read, update, and delete events in all calendars you have permission to access. This includes delegated and shared calendars. Contacts Read: Allows you to view contacts in the Zoom desktop app. Write: Allows you to create contacts using your call history in the Zoom desktop app. Mail Read: Allows you to view your email in the Zoom desktop and mobile apps. Write: Allows you to draft, send, and delete mail from the Zoom desktop and mobile apps. Presence Note: This option is only available when integrating with Office 365 Write: Allows you to synchronize your presence from Zoom to Microsoft Drive Note: This option is only available when integrating with Google and is not required unless using the Google Drive for Team Chat app. Read: Allows you to view your files in Google Drive through the Zoom desktop and mobile apps. Write: Allows you to view and edit your files in Google Drive through the Zoom desktop and mobile apps. Note: Learn more about permissions requested for calendar and contacts integration. Configure the type of Office 365 service. Note: If your Zoom calendar authentication has been disconnected or expired, this may result in issues with event synchronization between Zoom and your third-party calendar. To avoid disruptions, you can sign up for email notifications. These notifications will remind you to reauthorize your calendar and will be sent to the email address associated with your calendar integration. Click here to enable notifications and restore event synchronization. After allowing access, you will be redirected back to the Zoom web portal, which will indicate the permissions for the calendar and contacts integration.
